Our refund policy is simple and is as follows:
Your Initial Payment of $625 has been successfully completed. This guarantees your place in the program. Congratulations!
If absolutely necessary, you may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your $625 payment. But, for this to be honored, you must cancel your appointment 48 business hours before the time of your scheduled appointment. You may do this by email or phone.
On the day of your Initial Appointment with Dr. Neville, the remaining balance due – or the next payment of the payment plan that you have agreed upon – will be charged.
After your Initial Appointment is completed, your $625 investment is nonrefundable.
Furthermore, if you decide not to continue with the program at any time within the first 30 days after the Initial Appointment, we will stop any and all future charges. However, your $625 original payment and any payment for supplements purchased are nonrefundable. Any testing that has been sent to labs will also be nonrefundable.
We’re excited to have you on board, and we look forward to your transformation!
