Adrenal Fatigue & Low Blood Sugar
Low blood sugar can feel unpredictable during long-standing stress. Many
If you’ve spent time on this site — reading about how Adrenal Fatigue develops, watching videos, or taking the quiz — you may already have a clearer sense that your symptoms are connected. This page is for the next question: What does working with Dr. Neville actually look like, and which program is right for you.
Both programs are built around the same clinical framework. The difference is time, depth, and how much direct clinical involvement your case may require.
That framework looks at the stress response system as a whole: the HPA axis, the autonomic nervous system, and the limbic system. The goal is to calm the survival physiology that has been driving symptoms, then support the body as it restores capacity.

A question of genuine fit
ADRENAL HEALING TRANSFORMATION
You’ve been dealing with this for years, sometimes decades.
You may have seen other practitioners, tried other approaches, and found that nothing has fully worked or held. Your picture is complex: symptoms across multiple systems, a physiology that has been under strain long enough that it needs a longer runway to shift.
You want more of Dr. Neville’s attention between appointments, not just during them. You need more of his direct involvement, more touchpoints as your body responds and adjusts, and more time.
Six months isn’t arbitrary. For certain stages of Adrenal Fatigue, that longer runway gives the system time to begin building a foundation that can hold.
ADRENAL HEALING FOUNDATIONS
You’re still functioning — work, family, daily life — but something is clearly off and has been for a while. Your symptoms are real and they’re affecting you, but you haven’t lost the thread entirely.
You’re someone who does well with structure and education, who can take a clear plan and run with it.
Eight weeks of focused clinical care, a solid foundation in how your stress response system works, and a clear path forward may be exactly what you need.
“From the first phone call with one of his coaches, I knew I would be taken good care of, and Dr. Neville and his staff have exceeded my expectations.”
—Janna A.
This is what working with Dr. Neville looks like, start to finish.
Before any program begins, you speak with Dr. Neville’s Patient Coordinator, who has been with his practice for over eight years. This call is complimentary and there is no obligation. She’ll listen to what’s been going on, explain how the programs work, and tell you honestly whether this is the right fit. If it is and you’re ready to move forward, she’ll get you enrolled on that call.
Shortly after enrolling, a package arrives at your door. It contains a book, a journal, a printed orientation of what your care will look like, and a few other things chosen specifically for people beginning this process. This package is meant to make the beginning feel tangible — a signal that the process has already started.
Fifty minutes, one on one, typically within the first two weeks of enrolling. Your ASI test is on its way — but Dr. Neville doesn’t wait for lab results to start understanding your case. In your first appointment, he will review your health history and intake paperwork with you. This meeting is devoted entirely to hearing your full story. He listens, asks questions, builds the complete clinical picture from what your body has been telling you. At the end of it, he writes your first treatment plan.

From the moment you enroll, you have access to the Adrenal Healing Core — seven modules built around the same framework Dr. Neville uses in every appointment, every care plan, and every treatment decision he makes. This is the part of the program that patients most often underestimate at first and most often credit later. Your coach checks in on your progress and can walk you through it when the time is right.
What’s in the curriculum and tools? See Common Questions below.
A health coach transcribes Dr. Neville’s notes into a clear care plan and calls you to walk through the plan by phone — explaining what Dr. Neville recommends, reviewing your supplements, and making sure you understand every step before you take it. From here, your coach stays in the background but stays available, checking in as you work through the educational modules, making sure you’re attending small-group sessions, and reachable by chat if anything comes up.
(Transformation only)
Adrenal Healing Transformation patients can also request up to three one-on-one consultations with a health coach during their six months — not scheduled in advance, but available when something comes up. These calls are helpful if you’re considering an adjunct program, have practical questions, or feel discouraged and want to talk it through privately rather than in a group setting. If you’re navigating food sensitivities and need practical help, like what to eat when you’re exhausted, what to replace, how to stock a kitchen that actually supports healing, a certified holistic nutritionist is part of the team for exactly these conversations.
About three to four weeks in, your ASI results are back. The ASI is a 10-value saliva test done at home — five saliva samples taken throughout the day to capture your cortisol rhythm, not just a single snapshot. It also measures DHEA/DHEA-S, insulin, 17-OH progesterone, secretory IgA, and gluten antibodies.
Your second appointment with Dr. Neville is devoted to reviewing these results in full and updating your treatment plan based on what the testing shows. This is where the clinical picture gets more specific.
Based on those results, Dr. Neville also recommends supplements specific to your pattern. This is not a general protocol or a plan that works for “most.” The care plan is what your physiology needs, at this point in your recovery, in the amounts that make sense for where you are.
These are named in your updated treatment plan, and your coach walks you through each one.
Throughout your program, you have access to small-group Zoom sessions — six to ten people — where you can ask Dr. Neville questions directly. Every person gets at least two chances to ask. You can be on camera or off. You can listen without speaking. What most patients find, once they’re in it, is that hearing other people’s questions is as useful as asking their own. In Foundations, four of your eight weekly sessions are with Dr. Neville and four are coach-led. In Adrenal Healing Transformation, sessions are primarily with Dr. Neville.*
Care moves through phases — Calm, then Restore, then Rebuild — always in sequence, because the physiology requires it. Your treatment plan is not fixed. It adjusts as your body responds. Dr. Neville writes updated plans as you move through the program. You’ll stay in touch with Dr. Neville in the small-group sessions where he will answer questions about these changes to your plan or things that come up for you between appointments. Your coach stays involved throughout, available by chat for questions, too.
Most patients feel meaningful progress within their program. Healing at this level rarely follows a straight line, and six months is where real progress has begun, not always where it ends. Graduates of both programs keep their connection to the practice: coach chat access is honored, a 50-minute appointment with Dr. Neville is available at $425 if something more involved comes up, and a maintenance membership — two small-group sessions per month at $97/month — is available for anyone who wants continued support while they consolidate their progress.
“He spent time getting to know me as a person and all of the different symptoms I was experiencing. His approach is so different than most doctors in that he really takes the time to investigate on a much deeper level, which allows him to tailor treatment specific to the individual.”
—Michelle Welsh
If that’s what you’ve been looking for, the next step is a conversation. 30 minutes. No obligation. She’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
Everything you need to know before you book the call.
Seven modules built around Dr. Neville’s complete framework — the same one that shapes every appointment and every care plan. The appointments address your specific case. The small-group sessions answer your questions in real time. The curriculum teaches you how to understand and manage your condition, your body, your healing, and eventually your life going forward. It’s the difference between following a care plan and actually understanding why it’s written the way it is.
The modules are sequential and available all at once. Some patients start the night they enroll and work through it steadily. Others aren’t ready to engage until they’ve had their first appointment and made a little room in the bucket — and that’s fine too.
Alongside the Core curriculum, both programs include 20+ practical tools — guides, journals, trackers, and reference cards built for where you are right now, not where you’ll be in six months. Some examples:
The Functional Capacity Scale tracks how much your system can hold without crashing — a more honest measure of progress than counting symptoms. The Resilience Builder Journal keeps you grounded through plateaus and flares, when progress feels invisible. The Symptom Response Confidence Card is what you reach for when something shifts and you’re not sure if it’s regression or healing. A Playing Detective Tracker helps you log how new supplements, habits, and foods are landing, without panic. A Daily Rhythm Calendar anchors meals, rest, and light exposure to support adrenal repair — without the pressure of a rigid routine. The Emotional Awareness Reflection Tool helps you identify the patterns that impact your stress physiology, without requiring deep processing. How to Talk to Your Loved Ones gives you language for the people around you who want to understand but don’t quite yet. And Your Body Needs Salt explains why sodium loss is so common in Adrenal Fatigue — and why reaching for the salt shaker isn’t a mistake.
These aren’t resources to read once and file away. They’re what patients reach for between appointments.
Dr. Neville has been reading salivary cortisol patterns for over 24 years — he knows what a depleted rhythm looks like, how DHEA levels map to the stage someone is in, and what the numbers mean for how treatment should be sequenced. A result that looks ‘within range’ to a general practitioner can tell a very different story to someone who has spent two decades with this specific pattern. The ASI doesn’t just confirm adrenal fatigue — it tells Dr. Neville where you are in it, and what your physiology needs first.
Food sensitivities can become an added stressor on the body, especially when digestion and immune function have been weakened by chronic stress. The test helps identify delayed IgG food reactions that may be difficult to spot from symptoms alone. Dr. Neville uses the results to guide temporary food avoidance and support digestion and immune balance while treating the underlying Adrenal Fatigue.
Adrenal Healing Foundations ($2,697) is available in two monthly payments plus a small in-house processing fee, with the first payment due at enrollment.
Healing Transformation ($5,597) is also available in two monthly payments plus a processing fee, with the first payment due at enrollment. If you prefer to pay in full, $300 is taken off the total.
No. Dr. Neville’s practice is naturopathic and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. If you have an HSA or FSA card through Visa or Mastercard, you may be able to use it — check with your plan administrator about their requirements for naturopathic care before enrolling.
There are no refunds after your first appointment with Dr. Neville takes place. If something comes up during your program — illness, a family situation, a change in circumstances — we can place your program on hold for up to one year. We want you to be able to complete the care you’ve invested in.
Yes — and most patients do. Care is conducted via Zoom or phone, and remote is what we recommend. Traveling to appointments adds stress to a system that is already under strain, and reducing that load is part of how healing begins. Dr. Neville prefers Zoom when possible because being able to see his patients gives him clinical information that a phone call alone doesn’t — you don’t need anything beyond a phone or laptop with a camera. That said, if you prefer to be seen in person, Dr. Neville sees patients at Clymer Healing Center in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Patients come from anywhere in the world.
Occasionally — due to travel, illness, or a scheduling conflict — a coach will lead a session in Dr. Neville’s absence. When it happens the session runs the same way: small group, your questions answered, same format. Some patients find coach-led sessions open up a different kind of conversation — things they’d rather explore with a woman, outside the clinical dynamic.
That’s exactly what the free call with our Patient Coordinator is for. She’ll listen to what’s been going on and tell you honestly which program fits your situation — and whether Dr. Neville’s approach is the right fit at all. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
That depends on how long the stress response system has been under strain, how complex the picture is, and how much your life circumstances allow you to change. Most patients feel meaningful progress within their program. For many, the work continues afterward, which is why the maintenance membership and post-graduation support exist. What we can say is that the clinical framework Dr. Neville uses addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms. That takes the time it takes.
Our Patient Coordinator will call you at your scheduled time — no video setup required, no forms to fill out beforehand. Easy to reschedule if something comes up. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details and a short video from Dr. Neville.
READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?
Dr. Neville’s Patient Coordinator has been with his practice for over eight years. She knows this work, she knows these programs, and she’ll tell you straight whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.
